| Astonomers get best view yet of infant stars at feeding time | | Austronomers have used ESO's very large Telescope Interferometer to conduct the firsthigh resolution survey that combines spectroscopy and interferometry onintermediate-mass infant stars. They obtained a very precise view of the processes acting in the discs that feed stars as they form. These mechinisms include material infalling onto the star as well as gas being ejected, probably as a wind from the disc. | |

| Best is yet to come | | The saying is more on to motivate the other. But what is the yardstick to say 'this is the best'. Would it mean, whatever already taken up is to the level of good only. Further thoughts on the same, it gets bettered and bettered. Is the feeling relates to complacency alone on the part of the trier. | | Have you had your best Holiday yet? | | For two consecutive years, my mate and I been holidaying in the Philippines and always end up in the island of Boracay, where we had so much good food and relaxing times. Early this year we found a real good deal to travel to an island called San Andres off the coast of Costa Rica but part of Colombia. Before we got there, We took a flight to Toronto from Vancouver and drove to Niagara Falls. It was my first time to see such majestic work of nature!! Awesome! Our hotel room was overlooking the Niagara Falls and we could also see the U.S. side. Lovely, lovely place for honeymooners.
Then we took a plane ride to San Andres island where we stayed in this cosy hotel by the sea. It was all inclusive -- accommodation, flight, food, drinks, cigarettes, shows etc. for seven days. THe island has 5 hotels where we booked either breakfast, lunch or dinner and each hotel and restaurant served us sumptuous all you can eat meals. We joined an open bus excursion to see the whole island that took us half a day to see its interesting spots, beaches, caves and blowholes. It also introduced us to villages to learn about it's culture and history. There were lots of things to do and we met two... | |
