| The moods of the seasons | | Why do different seasons or changes in weather bring different mood to us?I like a sunny morning as well as evening in summer. In this part of the world there are not many distinguishable seasons. There are two ie; summer and the rainy season. winter is included in the season of summer.I live in Kerala state,India.As I asked earlier, the change in the weather makes us happy or unhappy, cheerful or melancholic. There is a time to love and that is from october to december,especially in october when nature is all smiles.Even most boring and moody person would like to be in love in october. If he is old he will still be in nolstagic memories of his youth.The monsoon rains some times put on frightening looks with dark clouds covering the whole visible sky followed by thunder showers. It fills awe and fear at first the drops that hit the earthwith great forcelater, have a captivating effect.It may be different in different parts of the world and the feelings it evokes in different people may also be different... | |
| | What types of music can change your moods? | | Music can soothe the soul. So they say. I love slow jams. I love old school music like Grandmaster Flash, Chaka Kahn, Evelyn Champagne King, all types of 70's music. I love some rock n roll. I love AC DC. I love the spinners. Barry Manilow, yes I am a fanilow!lol I love to be able to listen to a medley mixture of all of these. Its funny because my daughter steals my MP3 player just to listen to my choices. It cracks me up when Im cooking dinner and I hear her singing along to Meatloaf or Journey. If I listen to certain songs it literally puts me in a better frame of mind. How bout you? If you wake up happy do you choose a happy color, if you are stressed do you wear some other color. Or does what you are going to do with your day determine what colors you wear? Do you even think about color when dressing for your day. I have special colors for when I am facing a really stressful day, I wear red underwear, this give me courage to face what ever I have to. | | Do your cats tune into your moods? | | I haven't been too happy lately after being served with papers for a small claims law suit. As some of you have read I borrowed a embroidery sewing machine from my elderly neighbor and she decided that the machine I returned wasn't hers. (It was[b]HONEST![/b]) So after a horrible confrontation on her part where she scared the daylights out of me and hit my boyfriend for trying to say something, they filed a small claim suit for between $3000 - $4000 for a $300 sewing machine. (I've given up trying to figure out her thinking, I'm just busily gathering up evidence in my behalf.)Anyhow, as I am writing this I am surrounded by three cats (Willy, Khuay and Dinglebeary) and three dogs. They have totally tuned into my frame of mind and are trying everything to brighten my frame of mind. What tickles me most is Willy. He and his brother Khuay were adopted in July of 2008. Khuay was the "cute" one and the kitten that the grand daughters showered all the attention on. I saw poor Willy sitting watching with a sad kitty face. I started keeping him with me and showering him with tons of love and attention. Now, he is my constant companion and stays right beside me when I work on the... | |

| Colours expresses our moods.. | | Colours becomes the part of life. Even if we talk about black and white, they are still colours. Say white is for peace, black for sad. How you feel the colors and how will you categorise them.Let me say for these colors RED, PINK, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE. And when you think of these colours what comes up in your mind. | | Bad Moods | | They suck. I'm in one right now and it seems anything I do something goes wrong. Mylot isn't doing anything today it seems. My computer is crap and won't click and keeps freezing when it's only a year old! I don't feel good and I just can't see to have a break today. Anyone else feel like this?
