I heard something on the radio about blink-182 making a compilation CD which would include some of their more popular songs, as well as a previously unreleased track. Some of the tracks they said would be on there were Dammit and Stay Together for the Kids. I missed the start of what the DJ was talking about though, since I just got in the car.Anyone else hear of this, or is it just some rumour? | |

Juliet - still not sure what to think of her, although she does seem like ben has crossed her over one too many times so I can see why she would want to switch teams.Charlie - wow. For some reason I think that even if Charlie doesnt die it doesent mean that Claire and Aaron wont get on that helicopter. Unless Im remembering the "camping adventure" Desmond took them on wrong, Penelope didnt appear, however a search person from her did. I thought in his vision it was actually Penelope?Ben, man he has got a stick up his bum hasnt he? I really dont think he knows how to deal with feeling like hes losing control over his little community.I was suprised to see they bought Bernard and Rose back into the spotlight this episode, you hardly ever see them much on the show. Pretty spectacular stuff! As a bodybuilder you’re trying to increase the stress on your muscles to force them to grow beyond their normal size. That can be a difficult job because the more you throw at your body, the more it adapts and tries to hold on to its normal size. Mother Nature doesn’t see a need for all that extra muscle, unless those muscles are absolutely necessary for survival—which means you have to trick Mother N. with constant changes in stress.
Ah, change. It’s what bodybuilding is all about: You’re trying to change your body, and in order to do that, you have to continually change your workouts. | |
